We've shopped at this Fresh Market several times and had good experiences each time. Very friendly employees.Today, I went in to pick up a small Chocolate cake for a Birthday. Lia at the bakery went way beyond what I expected. I asked if she had anything that said Happy Birthday for the cake. She went into the back and came out with a Chocolate Happy Birthday piece for the cake. Thank you Lia for making a special Birthday just perfect.

The Fresh Market at Mills Park is, without question, one of the best grocery stores in Orlando. I shop here regularly, and what keeps me coming back isn't just the incredible quality of the products—it's the amazing people. Store Manager Tim has built an outstanding team that consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Every visit, I feel welcomed and appreciated. A special thank you to Deva in Customer Service, who is always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. The cashiers, Liz, Heidi, and Emry, are always cheerful, efficient, and genuinely kind. They make checking out a pleasure and always leave me with a smile. The Meat Department is second to none thanks to Lennie and Rylan. They are knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, provide recommendations, and consistently offer outstanding service. Their attention to quality is one of the reasons I choose The Fresh Market over other grocery stores. Jackie in Floral creates beautiful displays and is always willing to help find the perfect arrangement, while Greg in Produce keeps the department looking incredible with fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables. Love shopping here for desserts 🍩🍫—they’re always delicious and top quality 😍! Plus, there’s almost always a deal 💵, so I save money compared to dessert shops. I also adore their unique flowers 🌷🌹—perfect for gifts 🎁 and always get compliments! It’s never crowded like Whole Foods 🛒, which makes it super chill 😌. Only small issue: some cashiers aren’t the friendliest 😅. Other than that, clean ✅, yummy desserts 🍮, and super convenient 🏠. Highly recommend! ⭐ Desserts here = amazing 🍰😋! Great deals 💰 and rare flowers 🌸💐 make it even better. Not crowded 🛒, clean 🧼, and close to home 🏡. Cashiers could be friendlier 😕, but still a top spot! ⭐ I’m obsessed with their desserts 🍪🍨—so tasty! Always a deal 💸, which is a bonus. Their unique flowers 🌺🌼 are my go-to for gifts 🎁 and always wow everyone 😍. The store is calm and easy to shop 🛒, unlike Whole Foods. Just wish the cashiers were friendlier 😅. Great variety , it just needs to improve their staff if they would fallow in the steps of Lisa it would be an amazing place . Lisa helped me after three other staff members denied their assistance she still went above and beyond to help me find what I needed thank you so much I hope the fresh market knows that you are an asset to the company hope Lisa gets recognized for her service ! Thank you once again stopped in today and also was greeted by Lisa and very welcoming will always make my shopping experiences a delight if all staff members where to be so kind !

On my initial visit, I made a special trip to this establishment to purchase a birthday cake for my grandmother. I was thoroughly impressed by the wide range of offerings available, from the produce section to the deli. The bakery’s desserts were exceptional, offering a diverse selection that left me in awe. The fresh meats section also showcased an impressive variety of options. The deli provided a delightful assortment of sushi, salads, and various other dishes, including potato salad, chicken salad, tuna salad, and eggs salad. The exceptional service and delectable desserts made this a memorable experience. I eagerly anticipate my return visit.
